Matthew is a seasoned public speaker.

Over the last decade, he has hosted nearly 100 conversations with contemporary artists and curators, ranging from Jeff Koons to emerging artists, through his work at Artsy and with other arts organizations.

He has also given talks about his books at major art institutions globally, such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; the Art Gallery of Ontario; and the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, as well as at other prestigious venues, such as The Strand, The New York Public Library, the 92nd Street Y, and Stanford University.
